VESTUDIOFASION can be your trust knitwear manufacturer in China , so as a responsible and reliable sweater manufacturer in China , after you confirmed the ordered style to proceed production , below is the steps VESTUDIOFASHION is gonna do :

• * Order Information :

After you confirmed the desired style ready for order , the color from swatch , quantity for order , size breakdown , fabric or yarn has to provide in the spec sheet, we will make the pre-production sample (pp sample ) to you for final confirmation before production . and any modification should be informed at this moment .

• * Sales Contract/Purchase Contract

Sales Contract issued by VESTUDIOFASHION , once we get all the detailed order information for sweater orders , what it must include that Delivery date discussed by both party according to the production schedule and clients selling schedule , Payment terms we normally useT/T,L/C,PAYPAL,WESTERN UNION,XTRANSFER and so on . and for trade terms  FOB/FAC/EXW/EXPRESS are the options frequently , but if clients deminds for CIP /CPT /CFR/CIP and other trade terms , it can be negotiable ,  for other terms and condition can be discussed by email or vedio meeting . or We will receive the purchase contract from your side and based on our condition that can be negotiable .

• *PP Sample

PP sample is made as the final confirmation for color /fitting /material/fabric /trims before production based on buyer’s design and specification, the pp typically costs 5-10 days to make depends on the complexity of the sweater garment, and the express will take 3-7 days , please kindly take account of the delivery date .

• *Material/Fabric/Trims/Accessory Purchasing

VESTUDIOFASHION will check the quantity, color /size breakdown carefully , The sophisticated technician will make the paper pattern and grading according to your size chart to caculate the material/fabric order quantity to place the order , and our experienced merchandiser will order the trims/accessory quantity,It will take 3-10days , particularly if the special color is selected , the time for dye color will take 10-15days . and we also have worked with many fabric factory to customize the special fabric and yarn for many years and get full good experience with that .

• *Production Planning

During the purchasing of fabric and yarn , skilled workers ,technicians and operators perform various task , the meeting will be settled for discussing the time of each part , in order to avoid the time with other customer and to keep the good quality in reasonable time .

• * During Production

Once everything ready at factory (fabric ,yarn ,trims, accessory etc) Firstly ,We will check the yarn quality and remove the wax of the yarn by special machine and make sure the color same as pp sample ( if there is no so strict quality for color , 5% different between pp and production normally can be accepted, please you cannot accept any different color , please inform since the beginning . we will meet your requirements .Secondly , the yarn after waxed and checked will be sent to knitting department for production according to the technician pattern in the system.Thirdly , finished knitting part will be sent to the Linking department for link each part of the garment as one . Forthly , finished garment need to washed with protection chemistry , in order to be soft and in shape . then all of them has to put in the dryer machine.  The best temperature and process way will be much better than nature dry and it can be more efficient . in the end , each garment will be ironed with corresponding size wood board , it can avoid different measurement in same size lot .above each process , our merchandiser takes responsibility to check the quality randomly .

• * Final Inspection

Each pc will inspected by our experienced QC with inspection tool ( for example , the lighting to check the hold and tension testing to check the linking quality , dirty marks will be easily checked by eyes and so on ) , then Our merchandiser will measure each size randomly from production to make sure the fitting in good condition . Color fading will be tested by washing and drying .

• *Packaging

According to your requirements , we will pack as the specification , normally we do one pc into polybag , then put into middle polybags with same size or ratio size , then into carton which sticked with shipping marks as you need . security belt will be made as the final step to prevent the good delivery condition .

• *The Third Inspection as requested

SGS / AQF /INSPECTORIO came to VESTUDIOFASHION for inspection , and always get good score in their system . AQL 1.0-4.0 are accepted based on the reasonable cost .

• * Shipping&Logistics

After approval of the shipping sample and report from your side , we will arrange the booking with the shipping company which designated or we will recommend our working shipping company for you . after get the SO , the goods will ship to forwarder warehouse , 20-35days later , you will get the notice when the shipment arriving to destination .

• *Post-production Communication

When you get the goods , we still continue to serve if you need any documents , or even something happens to the goods after you get them , we are a team together to solve the problem together , we can establish a long term business relationship and friends relationship .

• *Trendy Research&Developing
